We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive – Indoor Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with our valued customers, and driving sales in our indoor sales department.

As a Customer Care Executive, your main tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database and assisting with sales transactions.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work well under pressure, have a strong sales background, and be able to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of our products is preferred.
