Job Description
Brandt Business Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support via phone, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Key responsibilities include building relationships, resolving complaints with appropriate solutions, and identifying upselling opportunities. Candidates must hold a minimum of SPM, possess at least 1 year of customer service experience, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
This is a contract position for 12 months, offering a salary of RM3,00.00 – RM3,400.00 monthly, with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and promotion opportunities.
