Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
