Job Description
Join AEON Co. (M) Bhd. as a Customer Care Assistant! We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum PT3 / SPM / Certificate or Diploma
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Strong interest in retail
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be a Malaysian or Permanent Resident
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly service to customers
- Ensure payments adhere to procedures
- Provide information on AEON Member Card
- Handle customer complaints effectively
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00 per month with benefits!
