Job Description
What you will do:
- Handling inbound calls on customer inquiries, requests, and complaints about car park services.
- Assist customers with resolving parking access, payments, and ticketing issues.
- Collaborate with car park staff for smooth operations.
- Collect customer feedback, troubleshoot, and maintain records.
What you will need to succeed:
- Malaysian citizen with SPM and above in any discipline.
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
