Job Description

Position: Customer and Sales Support Administrator

Salary: RM2500-3500

Location: Sunway Damansara (PJU3), Petaling Jaya

Chrisjac Recruitment Services is hiring a Customer and Sales Support Administrator for a medical distribution company in Sunway Damansara. This long-term position requires a candidate who is passionate about customer service and sales support, with office hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily inquiries from clients about products and services
  • Providing pre and post-sales support to the sales team
  • Processing sales orders and related management
  • Generating and handling customer orders
  • Supporting new business development for the sales team
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely task completion
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records

Candidate requirements:

  • Female aged 25-35 with a diploma in Business, Accounting, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales support experience
  • Service-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet service standards

This position is suitable for individuals with a background in customer service, client management, or order processing in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
