Job Description
Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd, a reputable company, is currently seeking a skilled CUSTOM DECLARATION EXECUTIVE to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in export and import documentation & submission of statutory requirement, port clearance.
- Coordinate / liaise with customers, shipping agents, and other relevant parties.
- Perform other related forwarding job functions.
- Ensure efficient execution of job tasks through close monitoring and follow-up with various departments, including declaration section, loading section, haulage section, general transport, warehouse section, and shipping agent.
- Identify custom tariff codes, update the system, and submit jobs for closing upon completion.
- Assist in declaration for all K1, K2, K4, K8, K9, ZB1, ZB2, as well as EDI & DG online system.
- Ensure accurate data, records, and filing.
- Perform any other job assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM or Professional Certificate in any field.
- At least 1 or 2 years of working experience would be an added advantage.
- Good attitude and responsibilities at work.
