Job Description
The C&S Project Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of civil and structural (C&S) projects on site. Key duties involve ensuring compliance with project specifications, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and managing the project schedule and budget.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in C&S engineering and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. They should be able to effectively manage a team, identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure the quality and safety of all construction activities on site.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the construction of C&S projects on site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members.
- Manage the project schedule and budget.
- Oversee quality control and safety procedures on site.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
