Job Description
Requirements:
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too.
Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound calls and Verification calls
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Frequently work with Supervisor to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team target.

Salary: RM2,400.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
