Job Description

Position: Credit Operations Analyst

Tenure: 12 Month Renewable Contract

Location: Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya

Salary: RM 2500 – RM 3500 (Depending on qualification & experience)

Job Descriptions:

• Review the credit risk of customers.
• Manage credit applications both consumer and business, perform due diligence to determine customers’ creditworthiness and risk potential, and maintain such data to support credit decisions.
• Maintain and prepare credit data and support documentation based on analysis and information from financial statements.
• Analyze credit terms and limits, and determine credit risk and worthiness for potential, new and existing customers.
• Work within well-defined and standardized credit policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain standard reports and documentation of credit activities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/cases on credit related matters.
• Achieve unit and department KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar discipline.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar role is required.
• Anticipate and present change positively while reducing change resistance.
• Ability to assess, establish, and recommend credit limits based on customer’s track records.
• Ability to structure credit and recommend credit extensions based on customer’s track records.
• Completed Covid-19 Vaccination.
