Job Description

As a Credit Controller at Proxima Global Sdn Bhd, you will play a role in managing and overseeing our company’s credit term accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring and Overseeing Credit Terms:
   • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit terms for our accounts.
   • Regularly review credit limits and terms in collaboration with the finance team.
2. Payment Follow-Up:
   • Communicate with customers and sales representatives to ensure timely payment.
   • Implement effective follow-up strategies to resolve any payment discrepancies.
   • Prepare and send monthly statements of account and reminder letter to customers.
3. Accounts Receivable Management:
   • Handle the day-to-day management of accounts receivable.
   • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and outstanding balances.
