Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Credit Controller (Collection) to join our team. As a Credit Controller (Collection), your main responsibility will be to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts and minimize bad debts for the company. You will be responsible for contacting clients regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and resolving any payment-related issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively contacting clients regarding outstanding payments
- Negotiating payment terms and payment plans
- Resolving any payment-related issues and disputes
- Maintaining accurate records of collections activities
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve any collection-related issues
Requirements:
- Prior experience in credit control and collections
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
