Job Description
- Assist QS in follow up supporting document from client, prepare reminder, outstanding payment letter.
- Liaise lawyer, collector, client and related parties for outstanding payment.
- Responsible for daily accounting functions such as Account Payable and Account Receivable.
- Responsible and ensure prompt collection of all receivable accounts, proper follow-up on outstanding invoices / overdue invoices.
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors.
- To generate Reminders, Notice of Termination & other relevant documents to customer in accordance with policies.
