Job Description
The Collections Officer is responsible for executing the Collections operations and strategies for Malaysia/Singapore consumer and SME portfolios.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Have at least 2-years of collections experience
- Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates
- Well versed in the bank products and processes
- Good understanding of technology in the digital banking space
- Possess strong written, communication, and negotiation skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plans
- Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure, and settlements to recover debt and minimize credit losses
- Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection’s activities across the bank
- Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI
- Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by the reporting manager
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
Schedule:
