JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Writing, providing marketing material, uploading product images, editing, and updating content for Hilo Textile through TikTok & Shopee.
• Hosting live stream sessions to engage with customers and promote products/services.
• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives and campaigns.
• Liaising with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Staying up-to-date with digital media developments and the latest trends.
• Maintaining and managing all of our social media channels.
• Targeting content to specific audiences and focusing on trending topics.
• Monitoring Hilo Textile’s social media.
• Researching our products and providing information to educate our customers about them, which can also be used for copywriting our posts.
• Must be able to work independently and initiate efforts to achieve your own tasks.
• Working with all departments to maximize company targets and goals.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management/Superiors from time to time and undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimal Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• SPM holder and above.
• Age: 23-35 years old.
• Must be helpful and polite.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Should be physically fit.
• You should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of marketing and sales.
• Having own transportation is a plus point.
• Looking for long-term working commitment.
• Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
