Syarat-Syarat
- Berumur 18 tahun – 45 Tahun
- Warganegara Malaysia Sahaja
- Memiliki pengangkutan sendiri berserta cukai jalan dan insurans (Van/Kereta)
- Memiliki lesen memandu yang sah (P atau Kompeten)
- Mempunyai Fon Android (OS 9 ke atas)
- Berpengalaman dalam kerja penghantaran/kurier akan diutamakan
- Bersikap positif dan friendly attitude
Tugas / Tanggungjawab
- Hantar parcel sh*p** kepada penerima dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan
- Semak dan sahkan butiran pada parcel sh*p** termasuk alamat dan maklumat penerima
- Pastikan penghantaran tepat dengan mengesahkan identiti penerima.
- Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan mengenai status penghantaran mereka, sebarang kelewatan atau isu.
- Atasi pertanyaan atau kebimbangan pelanggan secara profesional dan segera
- Mematuhi prosedur yang berkaitan dengan pengendalian parcel, penghantaran dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
- Rancang dan optimumkan laluan penghantaran untuk meningkatkan kecekapan dan mengurangkan masa penghantaran.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
