Job Description
As the Country HR Manager at Ecolab Inc., you will have a critical role in overseeing all human resources operations in our organization. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and managing employee relations.
One of your key responsibilities will be to recruit, select, and onboard new talent. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge. Additionally, you will lead performance management processes and oversee compensation and benefits administration.
Your strong interpersonal skills will be essential in handling employee grievances, conflicts resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. Working closely with top management, you will align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
