Job Description
1. Explain events to customers (gift exchange, free gift, google review, etc.)
2. Assist customers (exchange cold drinks, frozen food, etc)
3. Make announcements about ongoing events
4. Collect products and give out gold coins
5. Record every gold coin given out
6. Keep the counter neat, organized, and clean
7. Communicate with the warehouse if free gifts or gift exchanges run out
8. Answer queries via phone calls (incoming calls from customers)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from RM2,200.00 per month
