Job Description

Position: Corporate Sales Executive

Salary Range: RM 3,500 – RM 5,00

Commission: Yes

Working Location: 8trium, Bandar Sri Damansara

Working Hours: 10am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Scope:

• Prospect and generate leads through social media, research, email, networking, and other effective ways.
• Develop and execute sales strategy and streams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct requirement gathering, research and presentation to clients with effective follow-ups.
• Respond to RFP/Tender and draft detailed business proposals.
• Prepare quotation, contracts, and agreements and negotiate with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as the project management team, creative team, and developers to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
• Travel to meet with clients in person as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of sales success and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel.

Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
