Job Description

To provide legal advice and support to the business units in order to safeguard the Company’s interest;

• To liaise with external solicitors on the progress of all legal matters;
• To liaise with the relevant department to ensure where legal risks have been identified, appropriate course of action has been taken;
• To review and draft contracts, agreements and ensure that they are all in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements;
• To support the Head of Legal on the provision of advice and the handling of company secretarial matters as and when required;
• To liaise with external company secretary on the progress of all secretarial matter;
• To produce and assist all aspects of secretarial works, including compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, drafting of minutes, Directors’ circular resolutions, and Board papers.
