Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain accurate accounting records in the accounting system.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all transactions.
- Assist in account transactions, checking, verifying, and follow-ups.
- Handle data input for all account transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports with accurate data.
- Manage proper documentation and filing for record-keeping.
- Undertake temporary duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking, Business Studies/Management, or equivalent.
- Required languages: English, Malay.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, independent, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Encourage fresh graduates to apply.
- Relevant experience in the field is an additional advantage.
- Proficient in computer knowledge and Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel.
