Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle various aspects of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying and contract management.
- Thoroughly study and understand tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
- Prepare cost accounting, BQ, quantity take-off, and change order costs.
- Measure projects, issue contract letters, and notices.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCad, analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in tendering and cost accounting is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
