Job Description
As a Contract Renewal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing contract renewals for our company. You will be responsible for ensuring that existing contracts are renewed promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively reaching out to clients to discuss contract renewal options
- Reviewing contract terms and conditions to identify any necessary amendments or adjustments.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather any required documentation or information for contract renewals.
- Preparing and sending contract renewal notices and documentation to clients.
- Tracking and managing contract renewal timelines and ensuring all renewals are completed on time.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Previous experience in contract management or customer service roles would be advantageous.
