Job Description
- Take the lead in operational matters related to contractual issues and contract administration duties for Contract & QS.
- Advise the project team on the contractual implications of events at the site.
- Coordinate with the Contracts Department on payment-related matters, monitor monthly cash flow projections, and provide physical reports for ongoing projects.
- Prepare and submit budgetary estimates, bill of quantities, and cost estimations for all disciplines.
- Handle the preparation and submission of progress claims, variation orders, and evaluation of claims.
- Check contract documents, prepare award of contracts, and recommend contractor’s valuations.
- Monitor amendments and contributions to the scope of work, apply extensions of time if necessary.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors.
