Job Description
- Preparation of tender documents, cost, and budget estimation review tender documents, submission of the tender within a specific deadline and attend a tender interview.
- Responsible for monthly progress claim, variation orders, finalize of accounts and prepare for payment certificate.
- Preparation of Letter of Award/Appointment to subcontractors.
- To inquire, source, negotiate and shortlist subcontractors and suppliers for awarded/upcoming projects.
- To attend site meetings, site valuation when needed.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned by Manager or Superior.
