Job Description

Responsibilities:

To carry out taking off quantities and measurement.
To prepare and evaluate progress claims, final accounts and variation order.
Handle Tenders.
Attend site valuation and measurement of work done.
Result oriented, success driven and self starter.
Able to organize, co-ordinate and control payment claims from sub-contractor.
Attend site meeting.
Self-Motivated.
Able to meet deadline for assignment given.
To work out cost estimation and or budgetary cost.
To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 2 Years of working experience in Construction Field.
Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients / subcontractor.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
