Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.
• Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
• Preparation of costing, BQ & quantity taking off and variation order cost.
• To ensure that the prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate.
• Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Preparation of claims, tax invoices & verify sub-con claims.
• Finalization of account with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent with 3 years relevant working experience is advantageous.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office application, AutoCad.
• Analytical and objective driven personality.
• Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadline and fast-paced environment.
• Past involvement and experiences in tendering and costing would be an added advantage.

Salary:

RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
