Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Contract – Client Support Specialist. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service and support to our valued clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with product inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter
- Providing timely and accurate information to address client concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution
- Maintaining client records and updating relevant information in our database
- Identifying opportunities to improve our support processes and suggesting effective solutions
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in a customer support or help desk role is preferred.
