Responsibilities:

• Answer calls to clients to address their needs and complaints.
• Respond efficiently, explain solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly following procedures and guidelines.
• Achieve key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Available for 24/7 shifts and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,200.00 per month
