Job Description
We are currently looking for a Contact Centre Support professional to join our team at Intelek Talent Solutions Sdn Bhd. As a Contact Centre Support – Live Chat/Email, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through live chat and email channels.
In this role, you will be interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and efficient manner. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information through live chat and email channels
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution
- Providing exceptional customer service and leaving a positive impression on every interaction
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a contact centre or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in operating live chat and email support software
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer inquiries
