Job Description
Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara is seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Assistant to manage all incoming and outgoing communications. The role involves screening calls, responding to emails and messages, handling emergencies, and maintaining confidentiality of call records.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Engage actively with callers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Accurately log calls and respond efficiently to inquiries.
- Utilize various software to resolve customer complaints.
- Upsell products and assist with scheduling appointments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: Up to RM2,600.00 per month
