Job Description

Join our team at Sunway Medical Centre as a Contact Centre Agent. You will manage incoming and outgoing calls, assist patients with appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Minimum SPM certification, 1 year experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome), strong English communication skills, and shift availability.
