Job Description
Agensi Pekerjaan Hiredsearch Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Advisor. Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat regarding insurance policy operations.
- Reporting issues to supervisors for service improvement.
- Making outbound calls for follow-ups when necessary.
- Documenting call activities accurately.
- Collaborating with HK Business Partners to resolve issues.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00/month
