Job Description
- To perform cold calling to follow up and verify potential leads (data) from social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook) before generating them to the Company’s existing consumers. Also, ensure the accuracy of potential leads information before sending it to existing consumers.
- Develop positive relationships with potential leads and existing consumers.
- Perform onboarding process for new consumers, handle inbound calls from campaign referrals, and answer all consumer inquiries.
- Record consumers’ information in the Company’s internal system.
- Monitor and report campaign status, progress, and review to management weekly/monthly.
- Regularly follow up with consumers regarding their campaign’s performance on our Company’s website and share the latest campaign plans when needed.
- Discuss renewal opportunities with existing consumers before their subscription contracts end and maintain positive consumer relations.

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
