About the Client
Our client is one of the leading insurance agencies in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
- Cold-call people to propose & recommend financial services
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided
- Able to effectively communicate in Mandarin, English, Malay
- Candidate with a diploma will have an added advantage
- Independent & resourceful
- Basic skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Possess good communication skills, positive attitude, and the drive to succeed
Remuneration
- Basic MYR 3,00 – MYR 8,00 (Negotiable depending on experience & capability)
