Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Construction QS, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to construction projects, from initial calculations to final figures.
Your duties will include preparing tender documents, evaluating project costs, and negotiating with contractors. You will also be involved in assessing value for money, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and managing financial risks.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with proven experience in construction projects. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
