Job Description
A Construction Project Manager oversees projects from start to finish, managing planning, coordination, resource allocation, project execution, communication, risk management, quality control, and financial aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Coordination:
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, stakeholders.
- Secure permits, licenses.
- Resource Management:

- Manage subcontractors, suppliers.
- Optimize resource use.
