Job Description
To assist the Chief Concierge or Assistant Chief Concierge in training, coaching, leading, and motivating the Concierge Team to provide excellent customer service to both guests and staff.
To assist the Superior in arranging the daily Concierge Team schedule and tasks, and actively participate in the daily Concierge activities.
To collect feedback and responses from guests, update the Superior with the information, and plan for service improvement or maintenance.
To ensure proper filing of all documents, billings, and reports.
To ensure that all members of the Concierge Team are knowledgeable about hotel facilities, updated on the latest activities, promotions, and events in the hotel/city, and able to provide accurate information to guests.
To ensure a constant and sufficient supply of printed materials such as brochures, stationery, and all operational equipment in good order for day-to-day operations.
To ensure efficient handling, delivery, retrieval, or storage of all services involving luggage, messages, parcels, etc., by the Concierge Team.
