Job Description
A Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that an organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines. They analyze and assess potential legal and regulatory risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
As a Compliance Analyst, your main duties will include conducting compliance audits, identifying any compliance breaches, and providing recommendations for improvement. You will also be responsible for implementing compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to educate employees on regulatory obligations.
In addition, you will be involved in monitoring changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. You will collaborate with various departments such as Legal, Risk Management, and Finance to develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
