Job Description
Work You’ll Do:
- Maintain and update client secretarial records.
- Record meeting minutes and circulate them.
- Prepare resolutions and corporate secretarial documents.
- Assist in planning and executing General Meetings.
- Prepare Annual Returns and circular resolutions for shareholders.
- Advise clients on compliance with the Malaysian Companies Act, 2016.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Well-versed in Malaysian Companies Act, 2016.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
