Job Description:
- Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work with minimal supervision and liaising with SSM
- Preparation and submission of statutory forms to regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Listing Requirements, etc
- Maintain statutory records of all companies
- Be familiar with the Companies Act 2016
- 1-2 years experience in Secretarial activities
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, quick learner and resourceful
