Job Description

Join NJ Corporate Consultant as a Corporate Secretarial Assistant and support our Company Secretary. Responsibilities include preparing resolutions, annual returns, and submitting audit reports while ensuring compliance with the Companies Act.

A diploma or degree in Corporate Secretarial, Business Management, or related fields is required. Experience in a Corporate Secretarial Firm or Accounting Firm is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary of RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month, with benefits including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
