Job Description
A Company Secretarial Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the legal and statutory requirements of a company. They ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations and proper documentation of board meetings and resolutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and filing statutory returns and other legal documents
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Advising senior management on corporate governance matters
- Organizing board meetings and drafting minutes
- Managing the company’s register of members and share records
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate law and regulations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
