Salary: RM 400-600
Job Description:
– Handle corporate secretarial work independently
– Prepare and submit statutory forms, resolutions, minutes, etc.
– Ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines
– Update and maintain statutory records
Requirements:
– Familiar with Companies Act 2016
– At least 4 years secretarial experience
– Proficient in written and spoken English
– Computer literate in Microsoft Office
– Good communication skills
