Job Description
- Assist in ingredient preparation, chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making sauces.
- Follow recipes and techniques guided by the Chef de Partie for consistent food quality.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to Chef de Partie.
- Adhere to food safety standards, including storage and handling.
- Collaborate with team for efficient service during peak hours.
- Receive and inspect food deliveries.
- Contribute to menu planning with culinary expertise.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay Range: RM1,800.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
Expected Hours: No more than 45 per week
