Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commis to join our dynamic team at Farhanah Catering Sdn Bhd. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing mise-en-place according to SOP (washing chicken, cleaning fish, chopping vegetables, weighing ingredients, etc.)
- Cooking according to established menus, recipes, and portion sizes.
- Wrapping and plating meals according to SOP.
- Washing cooking equipment, cleaning kitchen areas, and reporting damaged kitchen items.
- Ordering raw materials.
- Storing and organizing raw stock correctly.
- Assisting colleagues with tasks.
- Executing all related duties to achieve the company’s mission and vision.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM1,900.00 per month.
