Job Description
Position: Commis Cook
Company: Cor Blimey Group
Reports to: Outlet Chef
Supervises: Part Time Helpers
Purpose of Post:
To prepare, produce and cook food to high-quality standards, according to recipe SOPs. Assisting in daily service operations, minimising food waste, and managing cost control. Maintaining a clean, organised outlet kitchen. Providing support to the culinary team.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Cooking fresh-to-order dishes
- Preparing, cooking, and plating food to high standards
- Maintaining food quality and cost control
- Ensuring mis-en-place preparation follows SOP
- Training new cooks and kitchen upkeep
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,400.00 – RM2,600.00 per month
