Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
- Assisting in menu creation and dish development.
- Ensuring food produced meets kitchen standards.
- Managing and training kitchen staff.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.
- Complying with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Commis 1 or similar role.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passionate about food and hospitality.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
