Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Officer to join our team at Doka Malaysia. As a Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
