Job Description
Your role in HEINEKEN
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will support the Commercial Finance Manager to ensure efficient delivery of day-to-day financials. You will business partner with stakeholders to understand the business requirements, provide financial support, and highlight any areas of concern that will impact the business.
In this role, you will also:
- Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunities.
- Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting for the region.
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure effective controls are in place in the commercial finance team.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and seek opportunities to streamline.
- Participate in month-end closing activities and reporting for commercial finance pillar and E-Commerce.
- Ensure compliance and control in place for Trade Spend.
- Evaluate business reviews with stakeholders for promotions/campaigns and brand evaluations.
- Utilize PowerBI and various other reporting tools to assist with business analysis.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good analytical skills, results-driven, proactive, flexible to changing priorities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated business partnering and influencing skills.
- Able to communicate well and have a proven record of strong problem-solving skills.
